Tom is passionate about seeing individuals and organizations do better, reach higher, and go further than they think possible. Prior to joining Sagency, Jill worked for Microsoft Corporation, where she was responsible for driving strategic alignment, executive communication, and designing high-impact leadership training. In this role, she was recognized for her global leadership by Microsoft Worldwide Operations and also received the Microsoft Fargo Leadership Excellence Award.
Throughout her career, Jill has also held various leadership roles within the non-profit healthcare sector, where she discovered that her most rewarding experiences came from pairing mission with strategy and passion with results. She brings this passion and expert experience to Sagency, where she aims to support the growth and development of talented leaders as they plan for and navigate change.
After years of working in management for a national non-profit organization in recruitment, marketing, and community outreach, Tami realized that she received the most joy and inspiration from aiding in the career growth of others. Whether through advisory roles, identifying growth opportunities, navigating through conflict resolution, or helping someone find their voice and path, she enjoys helping people develop a strategy for taking the best path forward.
Tami is perpetually curious and inspired by what drives, motivates, and leads people throughout their careers.
