Diversity is a Critical Ingredient to Greatness

In fact, a study conducted by McKinsey & Company found that companies in the top quartile for diversity significantly outperformed their competitors in the bottom quartile. They were 15% more likely to financially outperform their competitors if they were gender diverse, and 35% more likely to outperform if they were ethnically diverse. These results are also supported by DDI’s 2020 Diversity and Inclusion Report, which reported that companies with above-average diversity in leadership are 8X more likely to be in the top 10% for financial performance.
